HOME TEAM is our customer loyalty program. By becoming a HOME TEAM member, you will join a select group of Home customers.
How much does it cost?
There are no membership joining fees.
What do I get?
Once you become a HOME TEAM member, by presenting your HOME TEAM membership card you will receive a range of benefits including:

How do I become a HOME TEAM member?
Drop in to our reception area in Bendigo, complete an application form and start collecting rewards straight away. Your membership is active
immediately.
How do the HOME TEAM points work?
1 - Accumulating Doggy Dollars
All you need to do to start accumulating Doggy Dollars is to present your HOME TEAM membership card every time you make a purchase in store . Your purchase is recorded onto your membership card every time it is scanned. You will receive 1 point for every dollar you spend in store. For every 20 points you accumulate ($20 spent), you earn 1 Doggy Dollar *

The more you shop, the more HOME TEAM points you will build up.
2 - Redeeming Your Doggy Dollars
All your Doggy Dollars are stored in our secure HOME TEAM database. You can use your Doggy Dollars at any time, simply visit our reception area to have your balance verified. A voucher for the amount of Doggy Dollars you want to spend is given to you at reception, which can then be used as cash when paying for your goods with the cashiers. Your membership card may be used only at your nominated joining store. Simply, present your membership card to identify yourself as one of our special customers, to receive all the benefits Home have to offer.
3 - Tracking Your Rewards
You can keep track of your rewards by presenting your card to any cashier or reception staff member. We will periodically send out a mail-out (either by email or post) offering you HOME TEAM only specials and keeping you up to date with your account balance.
